Omagle is an online random video chat platform that connects users anonymously via peer-to-peer (WebRTC) encrypted video and text chat. The service is provided as-is, primarily as a free service with an optional paid Premium subscription.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.
By using Omagle, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.
Users under 18 are strictly prohibited from using the platform.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Omagle to:
Share, distribute, or solicit any illegal, obscene, or harmful content.
Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users.
Share any content involving minors in a sexual or inappropriate context.
Attempt to identify, stalk, or collect personal data of other users.
Use automated bots or scripts to access or manipulate the service.
Interfere with or disrupt the infrastructure or servers of the service.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of access without notice or refund.
4. Premium Subscription
The Premium plan is available for ₹249 per month.
Premium features include: unlimited daily chats, gender-based matching, and priority pairing.
Payments are processed securely through Instamojo.
Subscription does not auto-renew. Users must manually repurchase each month.
Premium access is activated upon successful payment verification.
5. Privacy and Anonymity
Omagle does not require account registration or any personally identifiable information.
Video and audio streams are transmitted directly between users via encrypted WebRTC connections and are not recorded or stored by us.
A randomly generated anonymous user ID is stored in your browser's local storage only.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Omagle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.
We are not responsible for the content shared by users in chat sessions.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Premium subscription in the relevant billing period.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, code, and design on Omagle (excluding user-generated content) is owned by Omagle and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without prior written consent.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms, without prior notice or refund. Users may stop using the service at any time.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
